The production team called with the requirements that they could use the machine themselves, it had to be repeatable to use each week, it should be big enough to fill the studio with confetti, waterproof to work outside and safe to use in close proximity to people. Our Turbo Blaster Confetti Blaster was the perfect match. This fan powered machine can be easily switched on and off as required with no need for cylinders of CO2 to limit the duration. The power of the machine can be varied using the DMX interface while the whole machine is rated IP55 for outdoor use.

The show is filmed in Birmingham in a semi outdoor location. All the confetti we supply had to be biodegradable. The first show simply used multicolour tissue confetti, while gold BioGlitter Confetti was held in reserve should the contestant win Joe’s car.

While episode two and three saw the car safe again and Joe still mobile, episode four was a different story with one lucky lady identifying the correct set of keys and the car was hers. Biodegradable gold confetti filled the studio as Joe pondered how he was getting home.
